I have been passionate about real estate my entire life. As a child, I watched my parents excel in real estate; buying land and rental properties in our small Iowa town. From that point on, I was hooked.
As an adult, I have been fascinated with architecture and the location of each property. I believe that every property has its own unique story to tell. From its location to even small architectural details, I love helping to share that story.
In 1999, I launched my career in real estate by working for a commercial developer. Since then, I’ve spent two decades working for two of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world. In these roles, I worked with the U.S.’s top producing CRE brokers by helping them tell better real estate stories to high profile investors. Now as a Realtor, my goal is to translate my decades worth of investor and market knowledge to help residential buyers and sellers.
My top priority is to make my clients happy. As a former “Director of Customer Experience”, this work is in my DNA. I believe that transparency, directness, staging homes, creating compelling marketing pieces, being an expert negotiator and providing a great client experience has been the key to my success.
Throughout my career in real estate, over and over people describe me “calm and professional”. I fully believe that over-communication and expectation setting are the keys to making each transaction as stress-free as possible. Essentially, my super power is to crate calm from chaos.
In addition, I’m committed to receiving ongoing training and education to better support you and improve my skill-sets.

A few additional fun facts about me…
I live in Longmont, CO with my supportive partner in crime (Ryan) and our spunky terrier mix named Franny.
I’m passionate about health and wellness. I love working with clients and sharing how to incorporate organic elements and design aspects to live more consciously.
In 2015, Ryan and I took a leap and began running our first Airbnb. We became dedicated to becoming expert Airbnb hosts and currently have three Airbnb properties that we own and manage in the Colorado area. We currently have “super host” status and get rave reviews on our aesthetically pleasing Airbnbs.
I was born and raised in the Midwest before moving to Chicago to become a real estate agent. This gives me an interesting mix of being humble, patient, pragmatic along with being super direct, which I learned from living in the city.
I believe that real estate investing can lead to financial freedom when done right. I’m a huge fan of the BRRR method and house hacking as a way to achieve financial success when done right.
What I love most about my job is the ability to combine all of my skillsets into ONE job: interior design, marketing, graphic design, strategy, investing, and market knowledge.
