Have Questions About Selling?

Check out our FAQs selling buying real estate in Longmont, Boulder, and surrounding Front Range communities.

A competitive market analysis is a tool that real estate agents use to estimate the value of a specific property to come up with a fair market value for the property. We factor in location, square footage, the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, property age and market conditions to help determine the value. We also use comparable properties to help us better understand how to price your home by evaluating recently sold homes that are similar to yours.

That’s completely up to you! When we walk-through the home, I’ll always be direct and advise you on any recommendations I have to get top dollar for your home. As a certified home stager, this is one of my offerings that I provide to my selling clientele. Typically, staging your home offers one of the best returns on your investment and makes a huge difference.

I use an aggressive marketing strategy to help market your property and cast a wide net of potential buyers. A few examples of our marketing plan include: professional photos, videography, aesthetically pleasing print brochures, social media campaigns, paid advertising, websites, and professional copywriting.

Unlike other real estate agents, I use technology to help stay us organized. I use scheduling apps, project management tools, graphic design software, and other online tools to make the process as stress-free as possible.

What My Seller Clients Have to Say

Take a look at what some of my favorite clients have to say!

When Lindy listed our home, it went under contract within 24 hours and sold for $34,000 over asking. Lindy took great care to not only market the property, but also to stage it to perfection. Always calm and professional, she was wonderful to work with.

Great experience from start to finish. Walked us through every step of the way, knew exactly what we were looking for in a house. Gave us advise from her experience as a realtor. Telling us what we needed to do as far as credit help, lender help. Was always available with any help or questions we had during the whole process. Lindy is very supportive and generous. Giving us house warming gifts, being there during our closing.
